Dr. Adeyemi Isiba is presently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Diosis Agro-Allied Ltd. Holding a variety of agribusiness leadership roles in the US and Africa. Prior to founding Diosis Ltd, He was theManaging director of the Lagos state New towns Development Authority(NTDA). He is responsible for New towns design, developments and construction activity.

He is a graduate of the prestigious University of Studies, Chieti, Italy where he earned a Doctorate degree in Architecture and Urban design. He also has an HND in Interior Design and Decoration, Institute of Arts, Italy.Member of the NCARB, NIA & ARCON. Dr Isiba is happily married with Children.

Fatima Awoyoola has 25 years, post graduation and hands on experience in Agribusiness and real estate development. She oversees legal and industry affairs, communications, foreign trade support and environmental functions. Before joining Diosis, She has worked as FarmManager, Product manager, Business DevelopmentManager, Chief operations officer of various companies in Nigeria and abroad.

Currently she is the Managing director of Minerva Integrated services, Limited, a company concerned with the provision of portable water and PET products. She has a bachelor of science in statistics from University of Ife and Senior Management Programmed graduate from Lagos Business School. PGD in Computer Engineering from University of Lagos.

He joined Diosis from Larosa Integrated services Ltd, where he served as business development consultant, a role in which he was responsible for regional business strategy and external relationships with customers, government organisations and joint venture partners.

He also served as HR Director, Marketing and Sales, and led the Capacity building and Development function for Diosis Group, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, diversity and development.

Engineer Balogun is an Agribusiness expert, Industrial designer, and engineering consultant. He is currently the founder and the CEO of Balbus Uk, a corporate firm focused in mechanical and industrial products design. He has held leadership roles at companies in a variety of international markets such as food and beverages industry, export management, Agro processing and economic development.

His work included managing relationships with leading global companies in the commodity processing and trading, agric technology sectors, as well as contact with the Uk governments. He has graduate and post graduate degrees in Industrial and mechanical Engineering from Italy and United Kingdom.

He is an Agribusiness Professional, farmer, processor and a Consultant who has consulted to Diosis since inception. Currently, Engr Odunuga is the founder and Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of Abodsuccess Ltd Tunde Odunuga brings extensive knowledge in federal government and global affairs to the position, with 30 years of experience in international trade oil seed, edible nut processing and economic development.

His work included managing client relationships with leading global companies in the commodity processing and trading, agrochemicals and fertiliser sectors, as well as with governments.

Over the past years, Solomon Attah has provided consultations to numerous corporations and financial institutions. Prior to entering private practice, he was a senior banking executive. He has used his financial expertise to assist private and public companies in a diversity animal of fields in business development, strategic planning, financing alternatives.

Mr. Ikuku manages the accounting and finance activities at Diosis. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Certified Management Consultant who has consulted to Diosis since inception Mr Ikuku graduated from Redeemer University with a degree in Business Administration, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA).

He is an Agribusiness Professional, farmer, processor and a Consultant who has consulted to Diosis since inception. Currently, Mr. Hussein is the founder and Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of Jeje Agro, Ltd. prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer for Jeje Farm Corporation, a global agribusiness company, and served as Chief Financial Officer for several food and beverage companies.

Previously, he spent 10 years in plantation establishment, where his focus was on the crop and animal farming, organic products, natural resources, fertilisers and value addition, where he built and headed the firm’s feed manufacturing. He holds a Bsc in Agriculture from Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta.
