Plantation & Sourcing

Raw cashew nut is our main raw material. It is sourced locally in Nigeria especially within our catchments areas Oyo, Osun and Ogun states.

We own a 1000 acre cashew plantation in Ogun state with over 30,000 cashew trees fully grown and and flowering presently. Production capacity of the cashew plantation is about 100MT per season.

At Diosis Agro, we produce and process cashew, cocoa and sesame and distribute to our customers.

Our Factory

Our factory, located at the Shagamu Interchange in Ogun State, covers an area of approximately 3 acres of Land . The facilities involved are The factory building, a processing plant, concrete dry platform and the warehouse.

In 2019, we established a new factory and an additional 2000MT processing capacity per annum and will be installed before the end of this year 2022, presently our cashew factory has a total capacity of 3,000 MT and most of our equipments are manufactured in India and Vietnam.

Processing Plant

We currently upgraded our processing capacity to 3000MT per year. Our Operations are equipped with advanced equipment and processing technology.

We can process an average of 10MT /day. All our processes are automated via computer, from cleaning and washing, sorting, grading to product packaging in order to ensure safe, good quality and reliable production.

We provide our customers with the most healthy and safe products available in the market today. We have also established a Technology Center to meet our customer needs and we focus on solving technical problems, improving product quality and conducting technologically innovative research.

Quality Control

We provide our customers with the most healthy and safe products available in the market today.

We have implemented national food production enterprises site management standards, established sound food safety guarantee and quality control systems, and installed a full range of testing equipment and laboratories

Certification

Active management of quality is vital to ensure the integrity of our products and currently we are working to complying with International standard such as BRC, HACCP for our facilities and ISO9001 certification for international quality system management and ISO22000 certification for food safety management.

Warehouse & Logistics

We operate warehouses in Lagos state and Ogun state. Our 10,800 square feet warehouse is located along the Lagos-Ibadan express way for easy access and transportation to the port to safely, conveniently and quickly ship our high quality products to our customers.

We also work with multiple third-party warehouses to provide an efficient and reliable shipments to our customers.
