Sourcing

Over the years we have built exceptional cashew sourcing networks across Africa that includes local farming communities, large grower, cooperative and local trader networks. We also have established a long-term relationships with large grower, cooperative and local trader networks, minimising the risk of supply interruptions for our customers.

Our Plantation and vertically integrated processing plant covers an area of about 500 hectares of cashew plantation in Ogun state. We established a cashew nursery and planted about 130 hectares of cashew fully grown.

Production & Processing

Harvesting

Hand Picked naturally fallen raw cashews with 15-20% moisture are collected by the farmers.

Transporting

Weighing

Hand Picked naturally fallen raw cashews with 15-20% moisture are collected by the farmers.

Inspection

Raw Cashew Nuts are selected randomly and checked by our team of highly trained inspectors on site to determine nut count and outturn.

Drying

Raw cashews are sun dried for 2 days until moisture level comes down to 6-8%.

Packing & Storage

Dried cashew nuts are packed in Jute bags and stored in well ventilated rooms with giving enough space between stacks for air circulation.
